ExpressCopy turned around a custom design for me in record time. The quality of the design was high. Then, I ordered a print job off of the custom design. Printed and shipped the same day I approved the designed. Amazing and with remarkable Portland-based customer service.

Very helpful staff and quick turnaround is great!
However the last suggestion on the white background over black (to save ink?) was not a good idea - white background was lost in between mailings... Just saying!

I've been using EC for almost 25 years, they've never let me down, their customer support has always been helpful and kind when I ask dumb questions about turning Publisher files into PDF's. Even tho it takes 5 days to get to my mailbox destinations (b/c I'm in GA and they're out West) I haven't found anyone that provides the kind of quality and service

I needed to get my postcards out quickly, due to having the HUD contract and your site was down on Sat and Sunday, no one to call. It was very frustrating.
